Skyhaven was founded on the principal of meeting someone where they are at. Whether you’re in the beginning of your health journey or a veteran self care junkie- we want to create a space where all are welcome.
We hope to achieve this by integrating a variety of therapeutic bodywork, acupuncture and energy medicine modalities customized to meet the health and wellness goals of each individual client. Everyone is unique and should be treated as such.
Each practitioner will use different modalities that may include- Deep Tissue, Swedish Relaxation, Neuromuscular Trigger Point, TMJ Therapy, CranioSacral, Myofascial Release, Maya Abdominal, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal, Cupping, Gua Sha, Hot Stones, and Reiki. No matter what, our hope is that you’re in good hands.
We are also a proud partner of BLNCD. We have services and add ons that include CBD products, gummies, and beverages. To find out more about the benefits of CBD, please inquire with your massage therapist or acupuncturist
